If you are unhappy with your purchase at Mirle and Tess you can easily return your items to Mirle and Tess. If you would like to return your items please include the complete returns form that was enclosed in your order package. Please make sure we receive the completed form from you within 14 days of receipt of your items. The form can also be requested by email at email@example.com. Returns can only be accepted if they are returned in a new and unwashed condition and must still have original labels and tags attached. Please note that hygienic products such as our pacifiers, teethers and bathcare products cannot be returned if they have been opened and the seals are broken.
How to return
Please send your return to the address mentioned on the form as soon as possible and ultimately within 14 days after having notified us of the return. We recommend that you carefully wrap your items and use registered delivery. Mirle and Tess does not cover the cost of postage, taxes, customs or import fees for returning items. Please make sure to mention 'return' on the customs form if returning from outside the EU. If any costs will be incurred by Mirle and Tess for a return these costs will be deducted from the refundable amount of the return. If you pay with paypal in our store your return postage costs may be refunded by paypal, please check www.paypal.com for the conditions. Mirle and Tess cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items during the return process.
Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and ultimately within 14 days after receipt of the returned items.
